Vehicle Onboarding Manual/Drive Induction Manual

Hi,

I am on the lookout for an example of a Vehicle Onboarding Manual/Drive Induction Manual. If your company has one that you would be happy to share, I would love to see it. Thank you so much in advance.

Cheers

Kirsty

Kia ora everyone,

If you’re able to assist Kirsty, please send any relevant manuals to info@harmfree.nz.

The HARMfree team will ensure they are shared with her.

Hi Kirsty,

When you purchase our Fleet Driver Skills course for $30 (https://www.drivingtests.co.nz/course/fleet-driver-plan/), you get a bunch of templates and induction documents:

  • Driver eyesight declaration
  • Driver health declaration
  • New fleet car checklist
  • Road safety checklist
  • Sample safe driving policy
  • Sample traffic incident report form
  • Truck checklist
  • Van checklist.

Plus, you get access to the course which has a whole host of health and safety, road rules and defensive driving modules - you choose which ones you want them to do.

The other option is to run them through a driver assessment to determine whether they have any knowledge gaps or situational risk. It produces a report with recommendations. https://www.drivingtests.co.nz/course/driver-assessment/

Let me know if you need any further info.

Darren
